I couldn't pick only one song about a vache. Carmen tells you what is it, but Jean was very funny. And you don't get the full effect of Poiret's song if you hadn't heard Brel's song like the audiences of the time did. And anyway I forget the name of the song that Brel is making a parody of... the first quartorze notes of his song.
