Me preparó un café fuerte para que me despertara (pretérito imperfecto de subjuntivo).
Me preparó un café fuerte para despertarme (construcción con infinitivo).

I'd say the second sentence for simplicity but, if you really want to impress a native speaker, you can use the one with the verb in subjunctive. In practice there's not much of a difference.
