I really like watching various interesting phenomena related to the sky and stars, e.g. "night of shooting stars" .... or "solar eclipse"!!!

Solar Eclipse LIVE | 25 October 2022
A partial solar eclipse occurred on Tuesday, October 25. Despite the cloudy sky, the phenomenon was visible in many places in Poland. The brightness of the sky did not change, but a clear, deep occultation of the sun's disk by the Moon could be seen. Residents of other, not only European, countries also had the opportunity to observe.

I think that the last astronomical phenomenon that I saw this year 2022 was the lunar eclipse of May: such an amazing treat!
A few nights ago I enjoyed watching the two most easily identifiable red celestial objects in the firmament close together: Mars & Aldebaran Jupiter was also clearly visible about ten days ago.
Oh! And since their position was very close to the horizon I missed being able to see a crescent moon with Antares almost inside its horns Too bad!

The most amazing thing is knowing that the atoms that make up life on Earth, the atoms that make up the human body, come from inside stars ....

Yes, I think Carl Sagan was the first to mention this. The following is from memory so I could be wrong, but I believe that every atom in our body has gone through at least 8 stars (supernovas). At least from a human perspective, we are made from stellar matter

Are we really made of stardust?
Most of the elements of our bodies were formed in stars over the course of billions of years and multiple star lifetimes.
However, it's also possible that some of our hydrogen (which makes up roughly 9.5% of our bodies) and lithium, which our body contains in very tiny trace amounts, originated from the Big Bang.
