-re verbs, part of the 3em group
Verbs that are irregular are grouped in the third group of verbs. These are verbs that don’t belong to the first or second groups because they are irregular.
This third group can be "broadly/generally" divided into four sub-categories : verbs in the infinitive ending -re (about 100), irregular verbs in -ir (about 50), verbs ending in -oir (about 100), and the verb aller (to go).
