We've seen that the word bel is used instead of beau if the next word starts with a vowel or silent h.
Similarly, you should use vieil instead of vieux !

I've been looking everywhere for a copy of the old Hints and Tips that would've been available in the tree version on the unit "Order at a Bistro". I'm really surprised it's nowhere to be found as I feel sure it would have been captured as part of saving info from the old tree. Am I missing something? Did this unit not have any Tips?

Did this unit not have any Tips?

Bistrot was the first of the unit 6 lessons. There are no tips there or for the rest of the En-Fr course. Duolingo never had them.
