I would guess OCD, at least for those in the higher leagues. But that's just a guess.
I personally have never been diagnosed for any disorder.

In that case I might have a mild (of course 😄) order/symmetry or counting compulsion OCD, which is amplified by the analytics provided by evil Duome 😆.
I strive to have an orderly rounded number of crowns, XP, XP levels, so that might fit the bill...
