I am reporting this on 10 September 2022 for not accepting the sentence without the pronoun noi.

You're right. Duolingo isn't consistent with regard to this. The sentence without the pronoun is standard Italian. If you put the pronoun you emphasize it. I've already reported quite a few sentences like this.
