לא ה- על "לא צפויה"?

Even though it comes after the noun?

No.

  • an unexpected problem = בעיה לא צפויה (no definite article in either word)
  • the unexpected problem = הבעיה הלא צפויה (definite article in both)
  • The problem is unexpected. = הבעיה לא צפויה. (definite article on the noun only)
