What does this mean?

Post by lukemoglia »

Hi,

On the duome stat's page, if you hover over the tree icon you get a coloured bar at the bottom with with a progress to the L1 tree.

I understand the written part but what do the coloured bits mean and the numbers within the coloured bits? Sorry if this has been answered else where but I couldn't find an answer while searching.

Thank you in advance.

I think it's how many skills are on each level? I dunno

I'm as dry as a mouse and don’t use this anymore.

They refer to the individual lessons; for example, yours shows that you have 3 lessons each at levels 5 and 4, one at level 3, one at level 1, and 260 that haven't yet been begun.

The color is the color that they turn on Duolingo after you complete them.

Close! But I think you mean skills and crowns :)

Purple means level 0; blue is level 1, etc. up to Legendary (indigo). It basically shows you how many skills are at which crown levels.

This is a great new feature of Duome. You can read about it's development here

Meli578588 If you go to your Duome statistics page duome.eu/your username click on a language and hover over your tree you should be able to see that.
