No sound at all or only some phrases are without voice?
The Hebrew course used to be special in that all recordings were made by real people. The drawback was that many were missing right at the beginning. Perhaps this is what you are seeing or has the course been updated?

Not sure about updates (also true with Yiddish and Chinese) but YES often the sound is missing especially when trying to build a sentence and two words look similar but you can't hear them both. It's frustrating but press on and soon sound or no sound you will be okay. It has forced me to focus more on really reading and not just listening skills.

Which version are you using?
I'm doing it on the web page and sound is working fine. No idea if it's a phone issue perhaps?
