got

Post by federica »

Ciao a tutti,
nuova domandina :
DL traduce "lui si è cambiato" con "he got changed".
Ma come funziona "got" ?
Ho capito che -soprattutto nell'Inglese Britannico- viene usato nelle frasi negative al posto di don't ( we have not got something corrisponde a we don't have something ).
Ma in quali altri modi si usa got... ?

Grazie !

Get e changed si usano insieme in questo senso, cio e il tutto di get changed significa cambiarsi. Allora, get si cognuga e changed rimane invariabile.

Rettifico... questa è una domandona !
Non sapevo che GOT fosse il tempo passato di TO GET ( mi mancano le basi... ).
Ho scritto TO GET sul motore di ricerca e mi si è aperto un mondo  !!!

Comunque ringrazio tutti coloro che rispondono !

“To get changed” è un’espressione idiomatica che significa indossare abiti diversi.

He got changed = He changed his clothes, he put on different clothes.
