CEFR A1 - pronouns to speak about nearby people

Post by Basler Biker »

When you address another person, speak to him/her about him/her, you use the 2nd person singular
Find those words here

  • du läser (you read)
  • han tänker (he thinks)
  • hon säger (she says)
  • det ser ut som (it looks like...)

Find here all subject and object pronouns
Also take note of the plural forms while you are there.

PS:
-- It took a long time before I got used to HE=HAN and SHE=HON,
-- Try to remember HAN=a mAn, and HON is a wOman
-- Dutch speakers may cognate HAN= "haan" , and HON="hoen"
-- German speakers may cognate HAN="Hahn", and HON="Huhn"
