my duome.eu/ isn’t updating

as the title says, when i put in my duome.eu/ with my own username (duome.eu/sammyharxx) it says it is cached data and hasn’t updated since 06.07.2023 which is really annoying. i’ve tried clearing cookies and using an incognito browser and a different device but i can’t get it to update for some reason. any fixes to this?

Duolingo believes your profile is set to PRIVATE.

www.duolingo.com/profile/sammyharxx gives me the error 404:

Error 404
Sorry, the page you were looking for doesn’t exist. Try going to duolingo.com, or follow us on Twitter or Facebook.

Try to change it here by setting it to PUBLIC: https://www.duolingo.com/settings/privacy

Else it's a Duolingo bug which you need to report to staff. We had a similar issue some time ago.

ah i changed it to private because the bots in the leagues were upsetting me and putting me off using the app! i’ll try and change it now to see if it helps. thank you

Once your extended profile is accessible you can refresh your Duome status:

www.duome.eu/USERNAME/progress

The progress page will try to refresh (when DL servers allow Duome the access which often is prohibited or temporarily limited).

Doesn't work on PRIVATE mode.

Hi! I have the same problem. It says "cached data | updated 09.07.2023" and I can't access my raw data (not even the old data from the last caching date). My profile is public.

Mine is cached as well - since March. I keep my profile private to avoid the discouragement of the leagues, but it is public at the moment.
I've closed all Duolingo versions and cleared caches. Id there anything else I can try? Thank you.

Mine is also cached --duome says "cached data | updated 23.07.2023"

This week, I'm in the semifinals of the Diamond Tournament and none of the top 10 members in mine has their douome correctly.
3 of them, including me, are showing some parts but not updated.
6 people have no information as the attached image.
1 person must have set it to private. Duolingo says "This profile is private. You are unable to follow this learner"

I wonder that one of the conditions for the duome data doesn't update may be the members are competing in diamond tournaments??

Hi Gary! I've just merged your question with a lot of others on the same topic. Duolingo has been blocking Duome from being able to update too often. Your best bet is to try at random times. I just got mine to update. Was unsuccessful yesterday.

Or someone writes some code to interpret the data in the Extended User Profile and makes it publicly available Or available to Duome users. I've resorted to pawing through the data in the EUP as best I can

Hi! This doesn't work for me. Yesterday everything was ok. I was learning Swedish from English on the desktop in the afternoon. Then I made one lesson on the tablet in the night (Russian from Spanish), which I don't see in the raw data anymore. Now Duome is still showing me the cached data from yesterday.
