Again I had a French sentence in the FR-IT Duolingo course that I didn't understand:
Pour un peu j'avais une attaque!

But some dictionaries were helpful:

Pour un peu j'avais une attaque! = I almost had a stroke

Pour un peu = presque (almost)

Native :de: / using :uk: / learning :fr: :cn: :it: / once learnt Image / trying to understand at least a bit :poland:

Pour un peu = il s'en est fallu de peu.
Donc : j'ai faili avoir une attaque (cardiaque)
