I'm wondering what this name stands for? Is it Hebrew or Yiddish? They have made some true stories films.

Re: Menemshah films
I’m personally not familiar with a word like that in Hebrew or Yiddish, but maybe someone else knows.
Are you sure it’s spelled with an “h” at the end? I found Menemsha Films but nothing spelled the way you spelled it.
Menemsha appears to be a small fishing village in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, USA. I found an article saying that Menemsha is an Algonquin Native American word meaning still waters and safe harbor.
