In my Greek lessons, everything is pink.
Elephants , rice , etc . I wonder if pink rice tastes good.
I actually , like pink elephants & the color pink , so it’s all good !

Not a sentence, but the Arabic course seems to have an obsession with the word غريب
They translate it as "weird" and it was a constant course of discussions and jokes back when the Duolingo website had discussions on each lesson item. My son, who knows Arabic well, told me it actually has a different meaning/connotation than what we mean as weird in English, but I can't remember exactly what he said.

De igen. Az óvónő a vízen is sétálnak. But yes, the kindergarten teachers walk on water, too.

Yet another example from the Czech course:
As the neighbours say: "kein Bier vor vier"
This is a great thread. My last in German learning earlier today:
"The bear would like to eat me, but I am too fast for him"
Not as funny in itself, but I call my partner "bear", so..
Uh-oh... surprise surprise

I don't know how it tastes like, but I wouldn't mind trying it. The rice, not the elephants

I do not know a word in Hungarian but I recall a very old Hungarian cartoon series for children titled "kockásfülű nyúl" about a flying rabbit that used its ears as propellers and flew from house to house like a small helicopter. Maybe this can explain the flying teachers thing.
is that Jazz Jackrabbit? haha
