Word order - neutral/natural vs emphatic

I'm trying to get a feel for how emphasis shifts depending on word order. In the clothing skill, there is an exercise to translate, "Is it wool?". Is it fair to say that:
Είναι μάλλινο; -- is a more natural/neutral word order
Μάλλινο είναι; -- places emphasis on μάλλινο?

you are correct....

(tip1)..emphasis many times expresses more accurately
when facial movements and sketches take place (like all languages)

(tip2).. a short phrase like that..."is it wool"... has VERY FEW info in it.
There is almost NO way to define exactly the emphasis. It's common logic.
You need the whole text-paragraph-etc to realize if it is emphasised or not

Thank you for your reply. Is it wool/είναι μάλλινο probably wasn't the best example, but I'm hoping that starting with shorter sentences will help me understand natural vs emphatic word order in longer, more complex sentences.
