Your duolingo forum registration isn't automaticaly transferred to duome forum so in order to join duome forums you need to register with your existing or any other username and email; in any case it's advised that you choose a new password for the forum.

I still think 'terms and conditions' is both the more literal translation and, more importantly given which way this exercise goes, more likely to be what would be seen in English.
And yeah, I seriously question this thing's placement in the flirting set. Duolingo trying to keep everyone single so they have more time for language learning, perhaps? (I'll have to find out how many of the other languages have that question set.)
