このほんにははがひゃくまいある。

このほん”には(、)はがひゃくまいある。

本(ほん): book
木(き): tree

If you don’t want to give the impression that the leaves were counted precisely, it’s good to add “ほど” (about/approximately) or “くらい” (around).

Example: 「この木には(、)葉が100枚ほどある」 → “This tree has about 100 leaves.”

However, even this sentence focuses on the number and quantity, giving a slightly formal or calculated impression.
If you want to express that the leaves are actually attached to the tree and convey a more natural image, it’s better to say:

「この木には(、)葉が100枚ほどついている」 → “This tree has about 100 leaves attached,” or “This tree has roughly 100 leaves on it.”
