בבקשה, is this group only for people who already are fluent on Hebrew. Is there another group for people who are just beginners and have no chance to practice where they live? תודה רבה!

This group is for both Hebrew and other language speakers as well. You are welcome to write here in the language of your choice. If you have questions about Hebrew, place them here. It is a public forum and chances are that a native speaker or someone with good command of the language will respond.

One thing to note is that here on duome there is a separate section for Hebrew learners. This section was actually meant for people writing in Hebrew, that is why the editor favors writing from right to left . the "Hebrew from English section can be found here":
