DL: lower the speed. (??)

Some say it should be "reduce the speed" rather than "lower the speed"
Some wanted "Slow down" as a good answer, but that matches better with "sakta ned" or "sakta ner"
(NL/Dutch: "Vertraag!" of "Vertragen!")
