When I check recently, my followers or friends can no longer see my profile. They just see private. I cannot add anyone new. When I nudge they see something but nothing shows up, not even my name.
Please, make sure that you read our Forum Guidelines.
You can use any username that you like when you join duome forum, yet it's better if you use your existing Duolingo username to unlock some extra features and avoid confusion while troubleshooting; in any case it's advised that you choose a different password for the forum.

Have you checked your privacy settings on the web version? Under your profile settings? You can't see it on the mobile app.

Have you recently joined or formed a Class? I seem to remember being part of a group might affect your privacy.

No I didn’t join or form any class. I checked the other thread and there doesn’t seem to be any resolution. I already emailed support with no response so far.
