Getting in touch with Duolingo?

Post by duome »

Question: Do we have at least somewhat working "solution" or a checklist for those who need to restore/reset their Duolingo password and they already tried a bug report in Duolingo Help Center and it didn't help?

We get lots of questions like that from people expecting to find Duolingo Tech Support representatives here. Most of these questions are being submitted through the forum feedback form, yet very few people get all the way to sign up and actually post their questions on the forum.

I thought if we could have such a checklist published, it would probably make somebody's life a tiny bit easier.

I googled "contact Duolingo" and found this:

Do they ever respond in their official social network accounts?
Did anyone ever succeed in contacting Duolingo there?

They used to respond on Xwitter a lot if you actually needed help, and not just complained about the path change, but I'm not sure if they still do.
