@Explorer

"it keeps getting funnier" = "it gets more and more funnier" ?

Does "id magis et magis ridiculior fit." work?

Res ridiculior fit would be enough to express that something is getting funnier. If you want to use the adverb for emphasis, (to translate funnier and funnier) you can use magis magisque (more and more). So I propose:

"Id magis magisque ridiculior fit."

Gratias! I like both of the sentences you wrote. I especially like using "Res" as a subject.

I wonder what language this is... Portuguese?

My Occitan attempt - these versions do not look all that terribly close, for being such closely-related languages.
Ai vist l'Exorcista aperaquí 167 còps e se fa totjorn mai ridicul... CADA! CÒP! QUE! LO! VESÈM!

Wow, I didn't even know about "Occitan". :o Did you learn both Catalan and Occitan locally?

I'm no fool! I've killed the boss! You think they're not gonna fire me for a thing like that?!
Jeg er ikke et fjols! Jeg har dræbt chefen! Tror du, at de ikke vil fyre mig for det?! - 9 to 5

I have very little knowledge of Danish, but after reading your translation I understand why Danes speak English so well. I just wonder if why you omitted the translation as "a thing like" in the sentence.

‘One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the Darkness bind them.’

This is great! But it's so challenging since I know the story.

My Latin translation:
Vnus Anulus ut omnes dominetur, Vnus Anulus ut omnes reperiat, Vnus Anulus ut omnes inducat atque in tenebris vinciat.

@Explorer
These words, "rule", "find" "bring" and "bind" are so simple that I had a hard time choosing the appropriate Latin words to work. I would like to come up with a dignified phrase that matches this ring.

Do you have any idea? or Should I just simply use "regare", "ivenire", "ferre" and "ligare"

Also, what do you think about the form of the sentence? I also thought that using "ad + gerund (acc)" just like "Vnus Anulus ad omnes dominandos" or "Vnus Anulus ad omnes regendos". I need to learn how to translate something like "Something+ to+ verb" form in English to Latin.

"Men are haunted by the vastness of eternity. And so we ask ourselves: will our actions echo across the centuries? Will strangers hear our names long after we are gone, and wonder who we were, how bravely we fought, how fiercely we loved?"
