Some Moderator positions are still open...
Most of the main forums are now moderated.
The name(s) of the moderator(s) appear(s) under the main forum title.
Notice that all the subforums are moderated as well (by the whole Team),
even if no specific moderator names are shown.
Our goal is to have eventually two moderator names visible under all main forum titles.
One moderator for the "I am speaking" language, and one moderator for the "I am learning" language.
For some, we need (an) extra co-moderator(s)
So we are in search for extra moderators and co-moderators for the following spealking/learning languages
- Chinese
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Turkish
- Hungarian
- Vietnamese
- Czech
- Greek
- Norvegian (Bokmål)

If you see a forum that you would like to moderate or co-moderate, consider the following:
The candidate must:
- be of good conduct and behavior
- have shown willingness to help others
- have a good command of English (or the "from" language"), or be a native speaker.
- have a good command of the target language, or be a native speaker.
- be a well known member of the "language" community (such as the former Duolingo forum)
- preferably, have some previous moderator experience (is a plus, but non-essential)
