Hello I have exhausted both the Hindi from English and the English from Hindi course and reviewing is quite boring. :-/ Is there any additional content that is coming soon? What about the beta version (iOS)? Does it have more content? Is Hindi coming to Duolingo MAX soon? I doubt it but... My current plan is to try to read some very simple hindi, for example comics. Previously I have tried reading Tintin comics using Google Translate, which worked reasonably well.

Any new Hindi material coming soon?
The preferred language for discussions is Hindi, but you can use any other.

Re: Any new Hindi material coming soon?
Not that we heard anything.
No new info is given on the /r/Duolingo Subreddit.
You better focus on other resources.
You can occasionally take a look at Mat's table: www.duolingodata.com
But better don't hold your breath.
Sometimes you catch a new A/B course in a private / incognito browser window as a NEW user.
But I think Mat will be faster in updating his table...
DL staff and contractors seem to be focusing more on Japanese constant big course updates.
No idea about Chinese (it supports speaking exercises I heard). Was not very high rated by the Reddit community.
Italian is also being actively worked on - same for German.
You know, Asian languages are NOT Duolingo's strongest focus.
With European and Romance languages you get longer CEFR courses (e.g. Spanish and French) - if you choose the English language as the base.
Whereas DL staff seems to focus more on bringing several of their existing English courses up to the B2 level (or have already finished this process for the selected language) in parallel.

I'm glad that the volunteer Brazilian Portuguese course got all the support, Duolingo stories, speaking exercises.
It has the right starter size (91 skills on the tree / 91 units on the path).
Surprisingly there are more active Hindi (at least having done one lesson per year) learners on Duolingo than Portuguese learners.

Is Section 2 Unit 16 the end of the Hindi course? I've only been getting Daily Refreshes since.
Does not seem like a full course even for basic Hindi

Yes, 16 + 16 units of section #1 and #2 are 32 total units.
Quite short, indeed.
