Many thanks to hobune for saving the forum posts, as well as the sub forums.

I clicked around. It's browsable (the links work inside the document) but not searchable at this time.
It's an html snapshot of all the 1st pages at the end of the scroll, so it isn't comprehensive AFAIK. Still better that nothing.

Note though, when I advance the page with the arrow, the browser puts a '#' symbol at the end of the URL which redirects it to the first page. Anyone having this problem, just edit the URL and reload.

In the explanations given by hobune it's said that each page is limited to 1000 topics.

The arrows work fine in forward and backward. And the # does only position to the top of the page, I guess.
