also don't forget the technical limittaions you can only lock a TOPIC so no further POST with discussion can be started But a POST cannot be sticky to stay on top of a TOPIC, so the first ARCHIVE post, would disappear to the bottom (sort by most recent on top) when posts with discussions are added....
