Seeking Child's Readers in Irish

I'd like to improve my Irish by reading children's short stories written in Irish. Can anyone suggest any place I may find these items or even children's websites specifically aimed at reading?

Go raibh maith agat.
(is this right? :ugeek: )

Normally said in Ireland?

I've been curious for the last 101 days.

Would this be normally said in a setting in Ireland?

Sadness is upon me, goodbye! :?:

This Maybe Be of Interest

I attended the last one of this hosts events and, as a beginner, enjoyed it.

She's hosting another one and I thought other's here might enjoy it as well. :)

Re: Understanding An and Na

I wonder how I'll go over the next three months. I've just met my 100 day goal but I'm off to the US soon and wondering if I can keep up the habit of practice. I'm hopeful. :)

The more I practice the more I see and now understand the differences. Cool process. :) Thanks again all. :)

Re: Trying to find....from the Duolingo Forums

Hi there,

I'm not sure how to correctly response to Bron Orm but I know what you mean :D

I'm in hopes to catch another event. Maybe that way I can reconnect with them all. :)

Thanks for having a look.

Trying to find....from the Duolingo Forums

Hi all. I'm hoping someone could help me. I attended a wonderful, first time event on Zoom for Lá ‘le Pádraig Sona by a wonderful lady named CnaGLA and another lady that was helpful as well named Gwen . I'd only just found such events and it made my heart so happy to attend even though I was extreme...

Understanding An and Na

Hi all,

Second or third post here so hoping I get it right. Still learning the ropes.

I'm have 23 crowns (levels?) and I'm wondering if I understand this correctly about the Irish language.

An leabhar

and

Na paisti

Is "an" reserved for object and "na" reserved for people?

Re: Trying to get choose flag for my account

I also have the challenge. Do I understand correctly that once I've posted three times that I will then get the option to pick a flag? Thanks :)

Coming from the Duo OG site

Hi all, I'm coming over from the DuoLingo OG site. I'm working hard to learn Irish and enjoying it for the most, I'm day 80 - still a newbie :D I'm looking for a study buddy from August onward or some place I can watch when people pronounce the words. Maybe online videos maybe best but if you could ...
