Lately, when I finish a story in my lessons, skipping the writing exercise, when I go back to Duolingo the next day, Duolingo wants me to do the story again. This has happened on my windows PC and my Android tablet. Anyone else have this issue?

FWIW- I just tried https://join.duolingo.com/stories and received a message that "Stories are currently unavailable!
They’ll be back after a quick fix. Try earning more crowns while you wait".
The link previously posted doesn't work either. Same message. I hope they do come back.

You can still read the stories whenever you want on https://www-internal.duolingo.com/stories, and it still has conversation mode. Todah rabah! ;-) What is internal.duolingo? In case anyone is still following this I have another streak question. Two actually... 1) how much Duo do you need in a day to maintain a streak? Will signing in, answering a question or two do it? One whole lesson? My "daily minimum"? 2) Our power went out today and that got me wondering....

I have two streak freezes equipped. I've only ever used one on a weekend, which is what I thought they were for. Can I use one for any day of the week or just weekends.
