Re: no access to new courses... math and music

I was looking forward to doing the music theory course, but if it turns to be so rubbish as the current language courses (Yes, I am still doing them once a week because I started 3 years ago), I'll probably skip. I was doing the DE > IT course and it is ridden with errors, both in DE and IT.

Source Seems the Italians didn't invent pasta, but they did innovate very much on it. Ah some random blog by Mrs and Ms Nobody. You've convinced me now. What is it with some ethnicities always trying to lecture Italians on their own culture, whereas your own culture is a culture of death, genocide ...

Noodles are like pasta.

Please are you being serious? Noodles are wet, pasta is dry. Pasta is short for "pasta asciutta" than means dry pasta.

Re: Adjective agreement.

If it is from a man's perspective, the best translation would be "Mi annoio", which incidentally is also gender neutral. "Io sono annoiata" is completely wrong and "Io sono annoiato" is grammatically correct but a native Italian speaker would not say that. Having done r...

French uses articles and determiners much more frequently than we do in English. The demonstrative determiners are : "ce / cet / cette / ces " So while in English we just use the verb form for "to be" being "is", and without any determiners, French does it differently....

I'm a beginner. Why do we need to use "c'est" and not "est" in this sentence? Mon anniversaire c'est le 5 Juin You don't need to use "c'est" because the subject is already there. However, it is very common in spoken French to use a pronoun even when a subject is alread...

Any Italian-American name sounds strange to me (Italian from Italy, or, as the Americans call us, European Italians), because they are weird misspellings of the original name. One for all is the surname "Lo Cazzio" or "Locazzio" or "LaCazio" (from the original "Lo ...

You might end up with a horse's head pizza in your bed, saying things like that! :)

How dare you? I'm 100% Italian from NJ. We are the real Italians. The ones in Italy are cultural appropriators.
