If so have you got two accounts? This one shows zero xp which I doubt is correct. And a search for "v3spera" on Duolingo suggests there is no registered user by that name.

@Thomas.Heiss recommended turning off the auto update function for the app. I've done that and hopefully it will stop these constant random changes.

My wife lost a couple of thousand in one go a year so ago. Just like that, out of the blue no rhyme or reason.

As for 'staying in Diamond' that works well if you go private just after a league has finished.

An update: I emailed the general support email and finally heard back. They changed whatever it was they needed to change to enable my social features.

This morning I ran out of hearts and went for a heart practice (in the app) but it was no longer an option. Instead, It offered two hearts for watching two adverts
