Are they going to remove the keyboard in both directions? So far, I can still type answers in my target language, but not in English. Without the keyboard, Duolingo is going to be all but useless.

My story is different: NONE of my error reports has been considered so far, or at least I see no confirmation of otherwise (but some of “My translation should be accepted” reports have been honored). Thank you for your recommendations! I prefer the layer method, as I would call it. I finished level 1 and most of level 2, then level 3 will be next. It takes longer, but is probably better for long-term memory.

I had an equally subtle difference between 'big trees' and 'tall trees' in the Turkish course. It probably makes sense if you are green and live in trees. For me not so much.
