For people who are more on the beginners' side, and not ready for actual NRK podcast speed, I can recommend the podcast Lær norsk nå, which is in slow and clearly pronounced Norwegian. You'll learn plenty of vocabulary and I found it a good place to start when I wasn't ready for actual native speake...
