This might be a simple glitch. Sometimes there isn't anything to be done. I recommend simply not watching it in dark mode
Dear anyone,
Your duolingo forum registration isn't automaticaly transferred to duome forum so in order to join duome forums you need to register with your existing or any other username and email; in any case it's advised that you choose a new password for the forum.

I think Duolingo only does that as a way to allow people to get a hint when they're stuck.

I didn't have that problem. When scrolling down, it did take an extra moment to render it was dark, but then it turned dark.

I'm guessing you put the correct email in the "email" slot, correct me if anything different.

We'll probably eventually create a proper dark version, at least for the main forum theme, that will no longer use the color-invert hack, so you'll get sub-pixel rendering in the dark theme too, as long as your device supports it.

Can you post a screenshot and your browser/device details? I'm not sure what "distorts" means here. Do you mean that the line width appears thinner on dark mode?

(suggestions for duome forums, not for Duolingo)
So this. I just think I'd be helpful to have a place to suggest things, like we used to be able to do in Duo Forums. While they may not even be seen, and most not added, I'd be good to be able to saywhat you want to happen.
