Yes, you can say it either way. The sizes in my country (Argentina) are not very different from those you said, and everyone will understand you if you say:
Quiero esa remera en (un) talle grande (mediano o chico)
Or : Quiero esa remera en (un) L, (medium o small)

Hi again! I have a question, how can you say in Danish "we sees tomorrow, then", or "so, you're saying that you didn't like it", I mean, how do you use a word like "then" or "so" in those sentences, to express something like a consequence
