Well, תהנו is indeed the masculine form of the verb. There is also the feminine form תהנינה, which is not commonly used, just like mxchana wrote.

@Seantum Have you seen the tips and notes for Hebrew and Yiddish? They may be helpful. There's also a vast array of resources for Hebrew. Yes thank you. Found lately the resources for Yiddish. What happens when you turn off unlimited hearts?

Can you turn them back on? Do you have to pay for legendary? I now have that option on the web. I changed my schools language and my entire interface changed. Lost my word list in the change. To change languages, I have to go to my profile and click on flags there. There are also options for studyin...

Re: Most Common Yiddish words Part 11 - the last post in this series

תמיד is a Hebrew word. חדשים is a Hebrew word for new, although the Hebrew word חסיד may also have something to do with Hasidim. Are Haredi the same as Hasidim?

Re: What happened to the Yiddish Web Course?

Seantum Here's something about Sheva Hebrew and Yiddish might have the same symbols for nikkud, but like the letters they aren't all pronounced the same. I think the practice hub displays when you finish the course, not at the beginning. Let us know over in the Hebrew forum if you need help with an...

I'm stumped!

I typed in the suggested word from the hovertips and got told not just it but the pronoun was wrong which is a word I didn't write. Once I reported it the extension for SD's went away and since I'm not sure what the Hebrew sentence is supposed to be exactly via the extension, I put it here. stumped....

Biblical Aramaic [Old Testament] Resources

I know this doesn't exactly belong here, but lest it get lost, came across a course:

Basics of Biblical Aramaic I believe this is Miles Van Pelt. Not for the faint of heart, you need to have studied Hebrew first!

There's some pdf's for Aramaic somewhere too!

Re: The Arabic alphabet

They reverse the question mark don't they? In Hebrew they keep the question mark facing the same way as English but considering it is written right to left, it just doesn't look right.

Practicing reading comprehension and just reading are important parts of learning Biblical Hebrew. What the easiest book in the Bible to read?
