Please, keep in mind that we are a volunteer community, so we cannot control or influence anything that happens on Duolingo app or website.
Here are some useful links and answers to some frequently asked questions:
- forgotten passwords - https://www.duolingo.com/forgot_password
- for technical issues - https://www.duolingo.com/help/support-request
- if it doesn't help or you didn't get any response, try emailing support@duolingo.com
- regarding cheaters - please, ignore them; you are not here for the numbers, you're here to learn the language, so don't let the numbers take away the real purpose
- requests for adding new languages to Duolingo - that's beyond our abilities, but you can post your ideas on the forum - some people help building what could be lessons for those new languages
- if you cannot get past Daily Refresh - that's the end of the course, there's nothing more there, but daily lessons should really be new each day and you can go back to any of the previous sections or use your duome profile page to have a clear view of what you learned and what you might be willing to repeat; you can also try learning in a "reverse" direction - that is learning English from Spanish if you already finished your Spanish from English, or English from French after French from English, but the most fun would be French+Spanish, so give it a try as well!
